Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings.
• Operate POS systems such as Square POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management during busy service periods, including nightclubs and banquet events.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages or damages promptly.
• Uphold all food handling, safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours without sacrificing quality or safety.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order entry.
