PT Breakfast Attendant - Hampton Inn Airport

Position Overview

This role is responsible for executing our full hot breakfast program, including a rotating menu of hot items, while also managing weekly inventory and ordering. Our breakfast is a key part of the guest experience, and we are looking for someone who can own it with pride and consistency.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 5:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a visually appealing, abundant, clean, and organized breakfast presentation
• Prepare and maintain a full hot breakfast, including:
• Rotating hot items such as eggs, breakfast meats, and carbohydrate selections
• Monitoring quality and replenishing throughout service
• Prepare fresh-brewed coffee
• Maintain and monitor the juice machine
• Oversee our signature waffle station — Hampton’s famous waffles (the brand calls this role the “Waffle Boss”!)
• Set up serving trays, utensils, cups, and paper products
• Arrange cold items such as fruit, cereals, muffins, and pastries
• Clear and sanitize tables promptly
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Take daily and weekly inventory of food, beverages, and supplies
• Complete weekly ordering to ensure appropriate stock levels
• Provide a warm, outgoing, and welcoming guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• A true morning person who is dependable and punctual
• Friendly, smiling, and guest-focused personality
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask during busy breakfast periods
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
