An OST employee works directly with the customer and delivery teams to ensure we exceed customer expectations. Home Delivery Support Staff is expected to resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. They are confident in troubleshooting and analyzing delivery exceptions and customer escalations. It is essential to the success of this position to provide excellent customer service, respond timely and effectively to delivery teams and customer inquiries.
