• Fuful Bakery is a bakery-café opening in Boston’s Financial District, specializing in French-inspired croissants, pâtisserie, and specialty coffee. We’re passionate about creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest — from the first sip to the last bite.

Position Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista/Cashier to join our growing team. The ideal candidate loves working with people, has experience operating an espresso machine, and enjoys crafting beautiful beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages
• Operate the espresso machine with care and consistency
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee and front-of-house area
• Support daily opening/closing duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service required (café, restaurant, or retail)
• Experience with espresso machines and beverage preparation
• Latte art skills are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Passion for coffee and genuine enthusiasm for creating a welcoming environment
