Sits & Wiggles Pet Care is a team-based pet care company serving Bel Air, Forest Hill, Abingdon, and Fallston. We specialize in dog walking and cat sitting, and our clients count on us to show up consistently, follow their pets' routines, and treat their animals with real care. The Role

This is a part-time position built around weekday availability, with one weekend shift required per week. You'll visit clients' homes in our service area, complete walks and pet sits, and send photo updates and visit notes through our app after each appointment.

Availability We Need

• At least 3 weekdays available between 10am and 3pm
• At least 2 morning shifts per week, with start times as early as 7am
• One day per week on either Saturday or Sunday. The specific shift time (morning, midday, or evening) is determined by our scheduling needs, and some weekend shifts may be split across parts of the day.

What the Job Involves

• Visiting clients' homes to walk dogs and care for pets
• Traveling between homes throughout Bel Air, Forest Hill, Abingdon, and Fallston
• Caring for pets of all sizes and temperaments, in all weather conditions
• Submitting photos and visit notes through our app after each visit

What We're Looking For

• 18 or older (required for insurance purposes)
• Living in or near our service area -100% Required
• A reliable, insured vehicle and a smartphone with an unlimited data plan
• Able to pass a background check
• Comfortable with both cats & dogs

Experience is a plus but not a requirement. We train the right people. What matters most is that you take your work seriously, communicate well, and genuinely enjoy being around animals.

• Starting pay: $16.50/hr, plus a guaranteed minimum of $3/hr in client tips
