Job Description:

We are looking for a full time eCommerce data entry/sales associate that can inventory, describe, categorize, and list hundreds of consumer electronics for us. In addition, you will be cross trained on our retail and procurement position to assist when necessary. This position will rely heavily on computer skills such as typing, navigating windows based inventory systems. Your position will be to process devices that become available for sale in our location as well as communicate well with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere for them to buy, sell, and trade devices. You'll see and work with a wide variety of unique and awesome tech, from cell phones and laptops, to classic video game consoles, to power tools and high end cameras.

*You must be a fast typing, tech savvy team player, who shows deep attention to detail and love electronics, while being able to align with our strict data privacy standards.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Testing, wiping and cleaning electronic devices for sale (smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems, video games, miscellaneous devices).
• Searching online listings for device selling points, pricing, and trends.
• Searching for product information.
• Generating eCommerce listings: item titles, descriptions, categories, price setting, based off previous research.
• Promptly and professionally answering customer service via eCommerce emails, messaging.
• Maintaining eCommerce accounts to the highest top rated standards.
• Greet and explain our company processes to incoming customers. Build relationships with customers.
• Identify and test a wide range of consumer electronics from our customers.
• Determine pricing for a wide range of electronics from smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems and more through our software, and referencing additional resources provided.
• Negotiate pricing with our customers, keeping a professional attitude, demeanor and business acumen.
• Close sales and generate intake receipts.

Candidate must:

• Must have excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems – e.g. data wiping smartphones, removing iCloud accounts, testing game systems, Windows use, MacOS use, being able to quickly identify, test, and assess a wide variety of consumer electronics while communicating with customers in a high paced environment.
• 1+ years of experience selling on the eBay.com or Shopify platform (creating listings, shipping, customer service, referencing pricing, and more).
• Have some consumer electronic experience, knowledge and love (gaming, smartphones, tablets, laptops).
• Ability to identify, test, and data clear devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems and more.
• Must Be able to type quickly and accurately.
• Have a strong worth ethic, with a team player and “get it done” attitude.
• Attention to detail, takes pride in their work.
• Have a professional demeanor, be punctual.
• Must be a people person, ability to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of customers. Ability to remain focused in a high volume/fast paced environment – Ability to adapt from customer to customer, situation to situation
• Must be able to type quickly and accurately. Accuracy is paramount as you will be entering in final records of purchase.
• Punctual, “get it done” upbeat attitude, team player, professional demeanor.
• Must be able to follow protocol and procedures.
• Professional appearance.
• Must be well spoken (English) Bilingual Spanish a major plus.
• Understanding of popular second hand online auction sites, and the ability to reference/search completed listings of products quickly.
• Sales experience a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours. Ability to lift 25lb items.

Compensation Range: $13/hr + overtime at time and a half + bonuses/incentives.

Flexible work schedule for the right candidate, Full Time / Early & Late Hours possible. Preferred Available hours are: 10a-6p Mon-Fri, 11a-3p Saturdays. Training hours will be within 10a-6p Mon-Fri, 10a-4p Saturdays, depending on the location you train at.
