PT Evening & Overnight Guest Experience Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PT Evening & Overnight Guest Experience Agent(s) to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests during their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for the hospitality industry, with the ability to manage guest relations effectively during evening and overnight shifts. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY OVERNIGHT REQUIRED (MIDNIGHT-8AM). Guaranteed 16 hours per week, possibly more. Must be available to train on 4p-12a shifts and 12a-8a shifts MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO APPLY.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports as required.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and other requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel management system.
• Assist with front desk operations, including check-out procedures and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.

Job Type: Part-time
