PT General Dentist for Private Office

We are a private practice in Pleasanton, CA looking for a part time general dentist with experience to join our happy family. 2 days - Monday and Tuesday. We are looking for someone for long term and willing to work and grow in a private dental practice setting. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Please email resume.

Duties:

- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Perform basic general dental procedure, such as fillings, crowns. Root canals, extractions, implants a plus

- Willingness to do dental hygiene procedures on occasions when hygienist not available
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and proper dental care techniques
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs

Experience:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using Dentrix
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively educate patients on oral health

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $900.00 per day
