Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks using professional barista techniques.
• Operate POS systems such Agilysis to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure precise transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, adhering to food handling regulations.
• Assist with food service tasks, including food preparation and serving snacks or light meals at the café.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior barista experience or coffee industry background is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy.
