P/T Janitor

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to perform janitorial duties at the community clubhouse. This position requires someone who takes initiative, works independently, and can be trusted to maintain a consistent presence while on shift.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Part-time, Must be available to work Fridays, weekends, and evenings as needed, based on event and facility requirements.

• 
  Hours may vary depending on clubhouse events.

• 
  Additional hours will be required when parties or events are scheduled.

• 
  The janitor will be present during events to assist with moving furniture, monitoring cleanliness, and handling post-event cleanup.

• 
  General cleaning of the clubhouse, including restrooms, floors, surfaces, and common areas.

• 
  Setting up and moving furniture for events as needed.

• 
  Cleaning and resetting the clubhouse after parties or gatherings.

• 
  Maintaining a visible and consistent presence while working—no hiding, leaving early, or disappearing while on shift.

• 
  Ensuring all janitorial tasks are completed thoroughly and on time.
