About the Role
You will provide high-quality, home-based therapy services to pediatric patients across New York City.

Location
New York City (servicing all five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and deliver skilled therapy sessions
• Educate families on proper techniques, safety, and home exercise programs
• Follow established plans of care and company guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
