Join our dynamic team as a part-time position licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Portland, Oregon. We're looking for a passionate RN who enjoys working in a fun and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

Develop clinical leadership protocols and clinical standards to deliver to our members
Develop and implement quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction
Oversee the coordination of clinical member care including assessments, care plans, and evaluation of client progress
Collaborate with out staff members to ensure wholistic care is delivered to our clients
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of the nursing services and identify areas of improvement

Qualification

RN with at least 3 years experience
Experience in a home health or relevant in-home care setting preferred
Must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Able to use Microsoft Office suite and other administrative related office systems
Must enjoy the senior population and enjoy working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Has ability to travel as needed
