Position Summary:

An ASC tutor provides one-on-one and small group support to students in a variety of academic subjects. This position is ideal for current students who excel in their coursework and want to help peers succeed. Tutors will assist students with understanding course material, improving study strategies, and building confidence in their academic skills.

Job Duties:

• Provides academic support to students enrolled in any HCC course

• Assists in the development and delivery of workshops/reviews for enhancing student learning.

• Provide one-on-one and small tutoring in the Academic Success Center

• Performs other similar and related duties

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma
