PT Tutor

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored tutoring sessions to students Grades K-12.
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet individual learning needs and goals.
• Utilize learning technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a supportive and organized environment.
• Plan lessons that incorporate best practices in teaching, classroom management, and special education when applicable.
• Communicate progress clearly with students and their families or guardians, providing constructive feedback.
• Support students’ social-emotional development by fostering a positive attitude toward learning.

Requirements

• Prior experience in classroom management, tutoring, or teaching across different age groups.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques.
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital educational tools.
• Experience working with children, including preschool or early childhood education settings.
• Knowledge of special education strategies and accommodations for diverse learners.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
