Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative team focused on delivering individualized care and improving resident mobility and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility work
• Monitor resident progress and report changes
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and plans
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• SNF experience preferred
