Located just outside Bakersfield in Arvin, CA, our facility provides high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role:

As a PTA, you will work hands-on with patients to implement physical therapy plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists. You’ll play a key role in helping patients recover from illness, surgery, or injury, promoting mobility, function, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to ensure coordinated care

• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and facility policies

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Active California PTA license

• CPR certification required

• Experience in SNF or rehabilitation setting preferred
