Lucienne Home Care is a Medicare Accredited Home Health Agency located in Palm Beach County. We are focused on delivering exceptional home health services to our clients. Our team is comprised of caring, compassionate, and highly motivated healthcare professionals. We are looking for licensed PT/PTA professionals to care for our patients. As an PT you will Plan, Implement and Evaluate patient care to restore or maintain patient well-being. As an PTA you will work with the PT. Our goal is to promote the patient’s well-being by providing high quality care.

Licensure/Certifications/Insurances/Requirements:

• Current State license as an PT / PTA
• Current valid Driver's License
• BLS Certification

Experience:

• Home health: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $90.00 per hour

Experience:

• Physical therapy: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Required)
• Physical Therapy License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• West Palm Beach, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
