Public Adjuster

We’re growing our Adjusting team and looking to add a Junior Desk Adjuster to our Omaha office.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, persistent, and ready to build a career in the insurance/claims space. You’ll work directly with a Desk Adjuster to help move claims from start to finish—keeping things organized, progressing, and ultimately getting results for our clients.

No Public Adjuster license? No problem.
If you’re not currently licensed, we’ll pay for you to get licensed and support you through the process.

What You’ll Do

• Support claims from start to finish and help keep them moving forward
• Review photos, estimates, and documentation to identify missing damage or gaps
• Follow up with insurance carriers to keep claims progressing
• Assist with negotiations related to scope, pricing, and coverage
• Help maintain organized claim files and accurate documentation
• Advocate for clients and help push claims toward resolution

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Someone persistent — you don’t let things fall through the cracks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/claims at once
• Strong communication skills (you’re comfortable following up and asking questions)
• Ability to think critically and connect the dots

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience in insurance, construction, roofing, or restoration
• Experience reviewing estimates or property damage
• Familiarity with Xactimate, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Public Adjuster license (or willingness to obtain — we’ll help with this!)

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
