About the Role:
We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our Adjusting/Canvassing Team. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners, offering complimentary home evaluations and assisting with the property claims process. This is a great opportunity for those who thrive in a people-oriented, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Educate homeowners about property damage claims
• Set up free home evaluations
• Help clients through the claims process by connecting them with licensed adjusters
• Meet weekly outreach and productivity goals
• Attend regular training and team meetings
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
• Continuously improve your skills in customer service, claims, and sales

Key Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma (required for licensing purposes)
• Bilingual is a plus
• Experience in customer service, sales, or property claims is preferred
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
• Ability to walk roofs and carry necessary tools/materials
• Professional phone etiquette
• Reliable transportation required
