About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for Public Area Attendant for Housekeeping Department to join Jumeirah Group.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role
  • Clean and maintain all assigned public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, outlets, and back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure all public areas are kept tidy, fresh, and presentable always.
  • Replenish supplies such as tissues, hand towels, sanitizers, and amenities in public restrooms.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in proper working condition.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning, chemical usage, and equipment safety.
