The Centre for Community-Driven Response (CCDR) is a nurse-led non-profit organisation reshaping how communities engage with health, research, and care delivery. We work to strengthen community voices, build trust, and support accessible, equity-focused health services, including through our virtual clinic programs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a public health professional to serve as a key liaison between CCDR, patient organisations, nursing associations, and our virtual clinics. This role ensures consistent engagement, coordination, and support across all community-facing activities. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organised, and committed to community-centred health care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patient organisations, nursing associations, and community partners.
  • Collaborate closely with CCDR’s virtual clinic teams to support effective communication, continuity of care, and service improvement.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and feedback loops with partner organisations to ensure ongoing engagement and alignment with community needs.
  • Support the development and dissemination of education materials, community resources, and engagement strategies.
  • Represent CCDR at meetings, workshops, and relevant events.
  • Document interactions, track engagement outcomes, and contribute to reporting and quality improvement.
  • Uphold CCDR’s principles of equity, cultural safety, and community empowerment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in community health, primary care, patient advocacy, or related areas preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working in virtual or hybrid care settings.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships and priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
