Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care and preventive services to diverse patient populations.
• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions while promoting preventive care and education.
• Conduct research on oral health trends and challenges within the community.
• Collaborate with public health professionals to design and implement programs that improve community dental health outcomes.
• Educate patients and community members on oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and disease prevention.
  
  

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current license to practice dentistry in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Experience in public health dentistry or community-focused dental care strongly preferred.
