A walk-in interview will be conducted on 7th and 9th May 2026 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Same building as Nathriya Restaurants & Kitchens, 2nd Floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and renew company licenses, registrations, permits, and certificates.
- Handle employee visa processing, Iqama issuance/renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry visas, and final exit procedures.
- Coordinate with government departments such as:
- Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (MHRSD)
- Jawazat
- Muqeem
- Qiwa
- GOSI
- Chamber of Commerce
- ZATCA
- Maintain accurate records of all official documents and expiry dates.
- Ensure timely renewal of company and employee-related documents.
- Represent the company before government authorities when required.
- Prepare official letters and correspondence in Arabic and English.
- Assist HR and administration departments in compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in Saudi labor and immigration laws and update management accordingly.
- Handle attestation and notarization of company documents.
- Support onboarding and offboarding formalities for employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a PRO in Saudi Arabia.
- Good knowledge of Saudi labor law, immigration procedures, and online government portals.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English communication.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
