Public Relation Officer (PRO)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Public Relation Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related activities and support compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of Labor, immigration, and licensing processes and a proven track record in handling documentations and a approvals across relevant government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and renew employee visas, labor cards, and emirates IDs
• Handle company license renewals and governments approval ( Municipality, DED, Mohre)
• Maintain up to date records of all legal documents.
• Liaise with immigration, labor department,economic department, and other official bodies.
• Ensure company compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support HR/Admin in documents verification and filng.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a PRO in the UAE
• Strong understanding UAE Labor
• Excellent communication in English
• Proficient in using online government portals (MOHRE, ICA )
