Job Summary

The Public Relations Officer is responsible for handling all government-related processes for the company, including employee visas, labor cards, company licenses, and official documentation. The PRO ensures full compliance with UAE laws and maintains strong relationships with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Visa & Immigration

  • Process employment visas, residence visas, visit visas, and dependent visas
  • Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
  • Coordinate medical tests, Emirates ID, biometric appointments, and stamping
  • Maintain accurate records of all employee visa documents and expiry dates
  • Ensure timely renewal of visas and avoid penalties or fines

Labor & MOHRE

  • Process labor contracts, labor cards, and work permits
  • Coordinate with MOHRE for approvals, amendments, and cancellations
  • Handle employee offer letters and employment contracts

Company & Government Documentation

  • Process trade license issuance, renewal, and amendments
  • Handle company establishment cards, immigration files, and labor files
  • Liaise with free zone authorities, mainland departments, and municipalities
  • Coordinate notarization, attestation, and legal translation of documents
  • Submit and collect documents from Immigration, MOHRE, GDRFA, and other authorities

Government Liaison

  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and government entities
  • Maintain good relationships with government offices and service centers
  • Stay updated on UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and compliance requirements

Administration & Compliance

  • Track document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
  • Maintain confidential employee and company records
  • Advise management on regulatory updates and legal requirements
  • Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar role in UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE immigration, labor laws, and government procedures
  • Experience with mainland and/or free zone companies
  • Familiar with online government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Free Zone systems)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
