Responsibilities
* Process all government-related documentation, including visa applications, work permits, and company registrations.
* Liaise with government officials and agencies to ensure compliance with all regulations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government and related organisations.
* Manage and track all government-related transactions and deadlines.
* Provide regular updates to management on government regulations and compliance requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of all government interactions and documentation.
* Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations related to government relations.
* Stay up-to-date on changes in Qatari laws and regulations.
* Support other departments with government-related matters as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a PRO in Qatar, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid Qatari driving licence.
