The Communication Solutions Group is a dynamic, female-owned public relations and marketing firm located in Jenkintown, PA. Founded in 1991, the firm has received numerous regional awards for its creativity and its growth. Communication Solutions is recognized for serving the communication needs of very unique niches: school districts, municipalities, professional and trade associations and charitable organizations.

The firm has an opening for a Public Relations Associate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Write and edit client marketing materials, websites and press releases

· Create digital newsletters in Mail Chimp (must be Proficient)

· Coordinate communications projects with artists for the development and production of annual reports, newsletters and brochures

· Social media content creation, including design in Canva

Qualifications:

· 2+ years PR writing and digital marketing experience in a job/internship

· Mail Chimp Proficiency required

· Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently

· Resourcefulness in solving problems

· Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude

· Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

· Digital photography and editing are a plus

Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital media/design, journalism or a related field.

Candidates should live in PA, NJ or DE - work is performed at our Jenkintown office 3 days per week/WFH 2 days per week.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
