Job Overview

The Public Relations & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent and positive brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective public relations and communication strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and stakeholders
• Draft press releases, corporate announcements, and official statements
• Manage brand reputation and handle crisis communication when required
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, corporate events, and media engagements
• Coordinate with marketing and digital teams for consistent brand messaging
• Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports
• Strengthen employer branding and corporate visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Proven experience in media relations and PR campaign management
• Ability to manage crisis communication professionally
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
