Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Relations Executive to strengthen our clients' and agency's public image. The ideal candidate will be responsible for media relations, press releases, communication strategies, event publicity, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and media representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communication strategies.
• Draft press releases, media advisories, speeches, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
• Coordinate media coverage for events, campaigns, and company announcements.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports.
• Manage press conferences, media briefings, and public events.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and event teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Identify opportunities for positive media exposure and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Media Relations.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent media network within the UAE market is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
