Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all activities related to employee visas, labor cards, Emirates ID processing, renewals, and cancellations
- Liaise with government departments such as MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Economic Department, and other relevant authorities
- Ensure timely submission of legal documents and compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws
- Draft and submit various forms and documentation required by government bodies
- Keep up-to-date with changes in government regulations and legal procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions
- Assist in processing business licenses, trade license renewals, and approvals
- Handle Arabic-English translations of official documents where needed
- Provide administrative support related to legal and compliance matters
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven experience in a similar PRO role within the UAE
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Good command of English
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and immigration procedures
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience dealing with free zones and mainland authorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Familiarity with online government portals (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, etc.)
