Work Duties and Responsibilities:

Plans, prepares, and coordinates the Company’s participation in exhibitions and trade shows.

Represents the Company professionally at all exhibitions and public events.

Organizes and manages internal and external Company events, celebrations, and special occasions.

Develops and writes engaging content for the Company’s social media platforms.

Prepares and coordinates welcome gifts for new employees.
-
Ensures all gifts reflect the Company’s branding and values.

Plans, prepares , hosts and welcomes delegations and official visitors to the mpany.

Acts as the Company’s spokesperson when required.

Uses the Company related softwares and applications professionally.

Performs any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3 – 5+ years of experience.

Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to generate creative ideas.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
