Public Relations Officer

🚀 We are Hiring: Experienced PRO (Public Relations Officer)

We are looking for an experienced PRO (Public Relations Officer) to handle all government and legal procedures for our group of companies. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of UAE government processes, corporate documentation, and compliance requirements.

✨ Responsibilities:

📌 Handling all company formation, license renewals, and amendments with DED, Free Zones, and other authorities.

📌 Processing Immigration & Labour Ministry applications including new visas, renewals, cancellations, and work permits.

📌 Managing Emirates ID, medical test, health insurance, and related documentation.

📌 Coordinating with FTA for VAT & Corporate Tax registration, amendments, and compliance support.

📌 Handling government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED, DubaiNow, Tasheel, etc.).

📌 Managing bank-related compliance by providing required documents, license renewals, and company updates.

📌 Drafting and submitting NOCs, affidavits, legal letters, and other official requests.

📌 Liaising with municipality, DCD, RERA, and other government entities for company-related requirements.

📌 Keeping track of renewals (trade license, visas, contracts, insurances, etc.) to ensure timely compliance.

📌 Advising management on changes in UAE laws and regulations affecting the business.

📌 Strong network and relationship with government departments and banks.

🕘 Work Schedule (Onsite, Full Time)

The role requires onsite work at our Dubai office

Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM

Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM

🎯 Experience & Skills Required:

✅ Solid understanding of UAE government processes, labour law, and compliance procedures.

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE as a PRO, preferably with group companies.

✅ Excellent communication skills in English.

✅ Knowledge of Arabic is a huge advantage
