Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented PRO Assistant to support our Public Relations Officer (PRO) operations and government-related processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of local government procedures, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing company documents, permits, visas, and government applications
- Coordinate with government offices and related authorities
- Maintain and organize employee and company records
- Prepare and submit required documentation on time
- Monitor document renewals, including licenses, visas, and permits
- Support HR and administration departments with documentation and compliance
- Handle correspondence and follow up on pending applications
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Previous experience as a PRO Assistant or related role
- Familiarity with government procedures and documentation processes in Qatar
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid QID and transferable visa preferred
