Job Title: PRO Assistant (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented PRO Assistant to support our Public Relations Officer (PRO) operations and government-related processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of local government procedures, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing company documents, permits, visas, and government applications
  • Coordinate with government offices and related authorities
  • Maintain and organize employee and company records
  • Prepare and submit required documentation on time
  • Monitor document renewals, including licenses, visas, and permits
  • Support HR and administration departments with documentation and compliance
  • Handle correspondence and follow up on pending applications
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Arabic speaker preferred
  • Previous experience as a PRO Assistant or related role
  • Familiarity with government procedures and documentation processes in Qatar
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid QID and transferable visa preferred
