Public Relations Officer & Business Setup Coordinator

We are looking for a well-connected and experienced PRO & Business Setup Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling government-related processes and company formations across Mainland and Free Zones in the UAE.

This role requires strong knowledge of UAE regulations, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end business setup procedures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all PRO-related activities (visa processing, labor & immigration matters, Emirates ID, medical, etc.)
• Manage new company formations (Mainland & Free Zone)
• Liaise with DED, Immigration, MOHRE, Free Zone authorities, and other government departments
• Process trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
• Coordinate document attestation and legal translations

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of UAE PRO experience

Proven experience in Mainland & Free Zone business setup

Strong connections with government departments in Dubai

Excellent knowledge of UAE labor & immigration procedures

Must be currently based in Dubai

Immediate availability preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
