Responsibilities:
- Handle all government-related transactions, including visa applications, Emirates ID processing, labor cards, medical testing, and trade license renewals.
- Liaise with UAE government entities such as MOHRE, ICP, DED, Free Zones, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and other regulatory bodies.
- Ensure timely submission, tracking, and renewal of all legal documents, company licenses, and employee records.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of UAE labor, immigration, and health and safety laws to ensure organisational compliance.
- Manage and update online government portals (e.g., MOHRE, ICA, Tasheel, GDRFA) for submissions, follow-ups, and status checks.
- Advise HR and senior management on any changes in government regulations and their potential impact.
- Organise and maintain proper filing of all legal, visa, and PRO-related documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support the communication of internal and external announcements related to government affairs, documentation requirements, and compliance updates.
- Must be knowledgeable in applying and renewing CICPA Security Passes (Vehicle, Heavy Equipment & Employee).
- Manage vehicle registration, insurance renewal, and other transport-related tasks (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE across various industries
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, immigration, and visa procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
