Job Purpose:

To manage all government-related transactions, ensure full regulatory compliance, and support seamless execution of employee and company documentation processes, including visas, licenses, and renewals, in alignment with UAE laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Government Liaison & Regulatory Compliance

  • Manage and maintain professional relationships with all relevant government authorities (MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, DMT, Traffic, etc.).
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure company alignment with applicable laws.
  • Advise management on changes in legislation and required actions.
  • Act as the official company representative in all government-related matters.

2) Visa, Labor & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes accurately and within timelines.
  • Support HR onboarding processes (visa readiness, medical testing, Emirates ID issuance).
  • Maintain complete and updated employee documentation.
  • Ensure timely processing to avoid fines, delays, or operational disruptions.

3) Licensing & Company Asset (Vehicle) Management

  • Manage company trade licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals, ensuring timely renewals.
  • Oversee vehicle registration, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate inspections and testing (e.g., ADNOC / authorized centers).
  • Maintain proper records of company assets under PRO responsibility.

4) Fines & Violations Control

  • Monitor and track all company-related fines (traffic, labor, municipality, etc.).
  • Ensure timely settlement or resolution to prevent escalation or legal exposure.
  • Maintain a structured fines register with accountability tracking.
  • Coordinate with HR, ICT, and Operations to enforce preventive measures.

5) Documentation, Record Keeping & Audit Compliance

  • Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready records for all government transactions.
  • Ensure proper documentation in line with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Prepare and present documents for audits and inspections.
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timeliness: 100% of government transactions (visas, licenses, renewals) processed within defined deadlines.
  • Compliance: Zero fines or violations due to delays or non-compliance.
  • Accuracy: Minimum 98–100% accuracy in documentation with no rejections or errors.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Up-to-date tracking system with weekly status reporting of all open cases.
  • Fines Control: 100% tracking and timely resolution of all fines with proper accountability.
  • Renewal Management: All renewals processed before expiry with zero last-minute escalations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma or related field (preferred). MOFA attested certificate is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably within a contracting company; Arabic language proficiency is required.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government portals.
  • High responsiveness with the ability to effectively manage multiple requests under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office

Working Relationships:

  • Internal: HR Department, Administration, Finance, Operations, ICT
  • External: Government Authorities (MOHRE, ICP, DMT, Traffic, etc.), Service Providers.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
