Public Relations Officer (PRO) – UAE National (Remote/Hybrid)

Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related processes and ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations. This role supports company operations by handling visas, work permits, licenses, and official communication with government entities. The position offers a remote/hybrid work model, with required in-person visits to government offices as needed.

Government Relations & Compliance

• Manage and process all employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical tests, and labor cards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, immigration regulations, and free zone rules (where applicable).
• Liaise with key government departments, including:
• MOHRE
• GDRFA
• ICP
• Economic Departments
• Free zone authorities

Licensing & Documentation

• Manage trade license renewals, amendments, and approvals.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on all government applications and official documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all government transactions.

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with HR, Finance, and Administration for document submission and process alignment.
• Report any regulatory changes and updates to management promptly.

Public Relations & Representation

• Professionally represent the company during interactions with government bodies.
• Support corporate communications where government approvals or permits are required.

Work Model: Remote/Hybrid

• Primarily remote role with flexibility to work from home.
• On-site presence required only for:
• Government office visits
• In-person submissions or collections
• Occasional team meetings or company events

Qualifications & Requirements

• UAE National – Mandatory

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
