Public Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Calida Rehab is looking for a proactive and confident Public Relationship Manager to strengthen relationships with patients, families, doctors, hospitals, and referral partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare or rehabilitation industry and be skilled in communication, outreach, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, doctors, clinics, and hospitals
• Handle patient inquiries and explain rehab programs & services
• Conduct hospital visits, field outreach, and awareness campaigns
• Manage patient admissions with smooth coordination across internal teams
• Develop and implement strategies to boost brand visibility and referral conversions
• Maintain reports on leads, referral performance, and outreach activities

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in rehabilitation, hospital marketing, PR, or sales roles
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of patient handling and hospital workflows
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
