Public Releations Officer - Law Firm

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our law firm.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, ensuring excellent client service while supporting business growth through client engagement and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients professionally

Manage front desk and client relations

Build strong client relationships and handle inquiries

Promote and upsell legal services

Support client acquisition and business development

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Experience in customer-facing roles (law firm/corporate preferred)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Outdoor sales/upselling experience is a plus
