Four years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience; OR, Associate’s degree and three years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience; OR, Bachelor's degree and two years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, managerial skills, communication skills (verbal and written) and financial/payroll processing skills. The candidate will have initiative, be collaborative, and detail oriented with financial information, preparing documents and meeting deadlines. Must have experience in general office management and practices, and proficiency with computers, office equipment and Microsoft (Excel and Word), and ability to exercise judgement on moderately difficult administrative decisions, the ability to provide support to administrators and managers for work and projects of moderate difficulty.

This position is non-exempt from overtime.
