Job Title: Publication Sales Executive (2 years Experience)

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Block 6, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Publication Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of publication services, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within academic, medical, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell publication support services (e.g., editing, writing, journal submission assistance)
  • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with researchers, institutions, and clients
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Target Clients:

  • Researchers and academic professionals
  • Universities and research institutions
  • Healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in publication, academic, or healthcare services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with academic publishing and journal processes
  • Experience in B2B sales or client relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
