Role Overview
We are looking for a
Publisher Success Manager
to join our Commercial team and support the day-to-day management, coordination, and continuity of our publisher relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, commercially minded, and eager to grow within the games industry. You will work closely with senior leadership and the wider Commercial team to help manage publisher accounts, keep internal and external processes moving, support campaigns and releases, and ensure strong follow-up across ongoing relationships.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one. It combines account coordination, publisher support, campaign execution, and relationship continuity, with room to grow into broader account ownership over time.
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage and support a portfolio of publisher accounts in close coordination with the Commercial Director and wider team
-
Maintain strong day-to-day communication with publishers, ensuring follow-ups, requests, and ongoing commercial activities are handled clearly and on time
-
Support the planning and execution of promotions, campaigns, price changes, launches, and other publisher-related activities
-
Coordinate internally with relevant teams to help ensure publisher agreements, campaign plans, assets, pricing, and timing are aligned and executed properly
-
Track account activity, ongoing discussions, campaign plans, and next steps across active publisher relationships
-
Help monitor account performance, identify priorities, and support reporting on publisher activity, campaign execution, and overall account progress
-
Contribute to account continuity and relationship stability by keeping processes structured, reducing dependency on single owners, and ensuring visibility across active accounts
-
Continuously improve internal workflows, follow-up quality, and account coordination standards through disciplined execution and feedback
Requirements
-
Previous experience in account management, commercial operations, partnerships support, sales coordination, customer success, or similar B2B roles. We care most about strong communication, follow-up discipline, commercial awareness, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment
-
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Experience managing multiple workstreams, follow-ups, and stakeholders at the same time without losing structure
-
Comfortable working in performance-oriented environments where consistency, ownership, and reliability matter
-
Proactive, coachable, calm under pressure, and able to keep momentum across day-to-day account operations
-
Strong interest in the gaming industry and a good understanding of the PC games ecosystem
Nice to Have
-
Experience in gaming, digital entertainment, or digital distribution
-
Exposure to publisher, partner, or account management in an international environment
-
Experience supporting operational processes such as NDAs, contract tracking, signature workflows, and deal coordination
-
Experience coordinating campaigns, launches, promotions, or pricing activities across multiple stakeholders
-
Fluency in a different European language in addition to English
What We Offer
-
A key role directly impacting Gamesporium’s publisher operations, account continuity, and long-term growth
-
Direct exposure to international publisher relationships and live commercial work
-
The opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and grow into a stronger commercial and account management professional within the games industry
-
Flexible working hours within a result-oriented culture
-
Monthly freelance contract with competitive compensation based on experience
