Operating from our sophisticated suite in Lusail Plaza, we are looking for a Publishing Coordinator—the ultimate conductor of the editorial symphony. You will ensure that every project moves from a creative spark to a high-gloss reality with flawless timing and editorial integrity.

Your Editorial Journey

• Production Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end publishing lifecycle, coordinating between writers, photographers, designers, and printers to meet strict deadlines.
• Content Flow: Monitor the submission of copy and visual assets, ensuring everything aligns with the high aesthetic standards of the Anuarios brand.
• Liaison & Diplomacy: Act as the primary point of contact for our prestigious contributors and high-net-worth brand partners, ensuring their vision is reflected accurately.
• Quality Control: Conduct meticulous final reviews of layouts and proofs—nothing leaves Office 1601 unless it is perfect.
• Distribution Strategy: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure our exclusive publications reach the hands of our elite readership across Qatar and the GCC.

Who You Are

• The Multitasker: 3+ years of experience in publishing, media coordination, or agency project management.
• The Eye for Detail: You spot a misplaced comma or a low-res image from across the room. You thrive on precision.
• The Communicator: Fluent in English with a professional, polished tone. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage for our local collaborations.
• The Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with project management software and possessing a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) workflows.
• The Professional: You are a resident of Qatar with a transferable visa/NOC, ready to work in the heart of Lusail’s commercial district.
