Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Pulmonary Function Technologist, you would performs all aspects of Pulmonary Function testing as ordered by the physician for both in-patient and out-patient populations.

• Work independently to perform Pulmonary Function Testing, including patient education, documentation, quality control measures, entering patient charges and maintaining supplies.
• You would demonstrate utilization of strong critical thinking skills.
• Responsible for reporting significant findings to physician for further patient evaluation and subsequent treatment.
• Works in accordance with specific Practice Act that governs and licenses particular registered or licensed individual.

What qualifications you will need:

• 
  Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• State Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Associate Degree
