Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose respiratory disorders using clinical exams and imaging modalities effectively.
• Perform and interpret pulmonary function tests for accurate disease evaluation.
• Manage respiratory failure through non-invasive and invasive ventilation strategies.
• Prescribe and adjust medications including inhalers, steroids, and antibiotics.
• Provide long-term care and monitoring to chronic lung disease patients.
• Educate patients on preventive strategies and breathing hygiene.
• Collaborate with intensivists, cardiologists, and other specialists in care.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and make evidence-based recommendations.

Skill & Experience

• Excellent knowledge of respiratory anatomy, physiology, and disease mechanisms.
• Strong diagnostic skills using imaging, labs, and pulmonary function testing.
• Proficiency in ventilator management and critical care respiratory support.
• Good communication skills to counsel patients and explain treatment plans.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team under high-pressure situations.
• Problem-solving mindset to develop individualized and evidence-based treatment strategies.
