About the Role
A well-established pulmonary care practice is seeking a Board-Certified Pulmonologist to join its growing team. This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career physician who is passionate about providing high-quality outpatient pulmonary care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. The position is outpatient-focused, with no critical care or ICU responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care to patients with diverse respiratory conditions
  • Conduct inpatient pulmonary consultations and perform related procedures as needed
  • Manage an average of 20 patient visits per day, with additional compensation for higher patient volume
  • Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers
  • Oversee clinical support staff to ensure efficient and innovative care delivery
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with referring primary care providers and other specialists

Qualifications

  • Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine (required)
  • 2–20 years of post-training experience in pulmonary medicine
  • Eligible for or currently holding medical licensure in Arizona
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in an outpatient-focused environment with limited inpatient responsibilities
  • Committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600,000.00 - $700,000.00 per year
