Pulmonologist

Lung and Sleep Wellness Center is a thriving, patient-centered specialty practice seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonologist to join our growing Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine team. With locations in Kernersville and Mt. Airy, NC, our practice is committed to providing high-quality outpatient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This role offers the opportunity to focus on outpatient pulmonary care with optional involvement in sleep medicine, supported by experienced staff and advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pulmonary consultations and follow-up care
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of pulmonary conditions
• Interpret pulmonary function tests, imaging, and related diagnostic studies
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and clinical staff in a team-based care model
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and clinical best practices
• Optional: Provide sleep medicine services for interested candidates

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pulmonary Medicine
• Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
• Interest in contributing to a collaborative and growing specialty practice
