Pump Equipment Coordinator

We are looking for a Pump Equipment Coordinator to join our technical operations team in the iconic Marina Tower, Lusail.

This is a pivotal role for a logistical expert who understands the technical nuances of industrial machinery and possesses the organizational "torque" to manage a high-demand equipment portfolio.

How You Will Drive Operations

• Fleet Coordination: Manage the allocation, mobilization, and demobilization of pump equipment across various major construction and industrial sites in Qatar.
• Technical Support Liaison: Act as the vital link between our field engineers and clients, ensuring the right technical specifications are met for every project.
• Maintenance Scheduling: Oversee the preventative maintenance cycles for our inventory, ensuring all equipment is certified, calibrated, and "Lusail-ready."
• Procurement & Parts Management: Coordinate the supply chain for specialized spare parts, managing relationships with international manufacturers to minimize downtime.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all equipment movements and operations adhere to Qatar’s rigorous safety standards and environmental regulations.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Foundation: A technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related industrial field.
• The Experience: 3+ years in equipment coordination or technical operations, specifically within the pumps, water treatment, or heavy machinery sectors.
• Logistical Precision: A proven track record of managing high-value assets and complex delivery schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Mastery: Fluent in English (technical and professional). The ability to communicate effectively with diverse site teams is essential.
• The Local Edge: Deep familiarity with the Qatar industrial landscape. A valid Qatar Driving License and transferable visa (NOC) are highly preferred.
