Pump Helpers

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pump Helper to assist with the operation of concrete pump trucks. This role involves helping the pump operator with setup, delivery, and maintenance tasks while ensuring safety on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pump operator with setup and operation of the concrete pump
• Clean and maintain the pump equipment
• Help ensure concrete is delivered and placed accurately
• Assist with unloading and loading materials at job sites
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on-site
• Maintain communication with site supervisors and operators

Requirements:

• No experience required (training provided)
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding conditions
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong team player
• Good communication skills
