Pump Operator Driver

The Pump Operator Driver is responsible for operating and maintaining water, diesel, or concrete pumps, ensuring safe and efficient fluid transfer or pumping operations. The role includes driving the pump vehicle to the required site, setting up equipment, monitoring operations, and performing routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate pump trucks safely to designated job sites.
• Set up, inspect, and operate pumps (water, diesel, or concrete) according to site requirements.
• Monitor gauges, flowmeters, and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform routine checks on pumps, hoses, valves, and fittings to prevent leaks or breakdowns.
• Load and unload materials or equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of operation, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Communicate with site supervisors or engineers regarding operation status and issues.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and report any equipment faults for repair.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid heavy vehicle driving license (Qatar heavy vehicle driving license).
• Minimum [2–5] years of experience as a Pump Operator or Driver in industrial, construction, or water supply projects.
• Knowledge of pump systems, hydraulics, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Safety-conscious and reliable.
